Your Climora must be in the same condition as you received it unused with all original packaging and accessories A receipt or proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for perishable goods personal care products hazardous materials flammable liquids gases or items marked as final sale

Want to swap your Climora for another model The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved

Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know if your refund is approved If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
