30-Day Returns

At Climora, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@climora.com within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The return must follow the instructions provided by our support team

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be eligible for processing.

Return Process

Once you contact us, we may request:

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the reason for return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

This allows us to assist you efficiently and, in some cases, resolve the issue without requiring a return.

You must send the item to the return address provided by our support team. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may not be processed.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Climora is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

• 5–7 business days for inspection and approval
• 3–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, please contact info@climora.com.

We may request photos to assess the issue. If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement
• A repair
• Or a refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show clear signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or excessive wear may not qualify for a full refund.

Items returned outside the 30-day return period may not be eligible unless covered under warranty or consumer law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Because we aim to process orders quickly, cancellation requests are time-sensitive. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@climora.com immediately with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 30-Day Returns Policy.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• We do not charge restocking fees
• We do not offer in-store credit unless specifically agreed
• All returns must follow the official return instructions provided by our team
