Climora is a consumer brand offering personal climate control products designed for residential use in Australia. When you place an order through our website, you enter into a contractual agreement with Climora under these Terms and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Use of Our Products

Climora products are designed for personal, non-commercial residential use only. They are not intended for industrial, commercial, or professional applications. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably believe products are being purchased for resale or commercial distribution.

Our products are not toys and should not be used by children without appropriate supervision. Climora products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice.

Eligibility and Orders

To place an order, you must be of legal age in your state or territory within Australia and capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including billing and shipping details, is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information is suspected.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia generally ranges from 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.

Delivery times may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Climora is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact info@climora.com so we can investigate and assist promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Climora offers a 30-day return policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, you must contact info@climora.com. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear may be subject to a reduction in refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

All Climora products include a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@climora.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photographs may be requested.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure electronic payment methods available at checkout. We do not accept cash or cheque payments.

Intellectual Property
