At Climora, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. All orders are processed promptly and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure your product arrives safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We primarily ship across Australia. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order, you will be contacted immediately and provided with a full refund.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at info@climora.com and we will assist you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery within Australia generally takes between 3–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.

While we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery times may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• High seasonal demand
• Events beyond our reasonable control

In rare circumstances, delays of up to an additional 14 business days may occur due to force majeure events or carrier network disruptions.

Shipping Responsibility

Climora is responsible for dispatching your order and providing valid tracking information. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs or regulatory inspections
• Natural disasters or transportation disruptions

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@climora.com. Address corrections may only be possible within a short window after placing your order, typically within 12 hours.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Climora is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.

Refusal of Delivery
